Credit Hours for all workshops are given for SOYA Teacher Trainings.

*Spend an interrupted afternoon immersed in the healing practices

         of breath awareness, expansion and pranayama techniques.             * Learn how to move past the busyness of the external mind,

             leaving the sensory triggers behind,

             settling into the stillness and silence and joy of meditation.

*Experience  the fine art and science of deep relaxation, leading to release of physical stress, mental tension and anxiety, and negative emotional states.                                             One is able to access the subtler levels of being easily.                                                                  Part I  for beginning practitioners.                                                                       Part II  for experienced practitioners and/or teachers of Yoga Nidra , for more understanding of the techniques and the state of consciousness of Yoga Nidra.
