YOGA NIDRA II TRAINING

 (For Experienced Yoga Nidra Practitioners and Yoga Teachers)

*Experience more Pratyahara techniques and learn their place and purposes in the yogic journey.

*Explore your koshas and shariras as templates for your soul’s embodied experience.

*Learn more of the science of why Yoga Nidra is effective.

*Learn how to create an effective, sequential, more advanced Yoga Nidra home practice.

*Learn how to share Yoga Nidra practices as a teacher in your yoga classes.
